Milestones let you define specific birthdays and anniversaries as 'special' and then have items highlighted in the List View when one is happening.
There's even a special 'Milestone Events' list that you can access from the main event list which will show you all of these special occurrences in one place, so it's easy to see and plan something special.
Birthday Boss comes with a pre-defined set of Milestones but you can add and remove whatever years you need from the app's Settings screens.
