By default, birthday boss creates a monthly backup of your event data, stores the backup locally on the device, and makes it available from the Data section within the app's Settings screen.
You can also manually create a new backup at any time by touching the 'Create Backup' button and touching on the listed backup allows you to Restore your events from the backup or store the backup externally (via the Share action) for extra security and/or import into another device.
And although it is not recommended unless necessary to conserve storage-space on the device, you can Delete the locally stored backup and disable the automatic backup process by toggling the associated switch within the birthday boss section of the device's Settings app.
